★lemon muffins★

Macrobiotic lemon muffins! A bit crispy! Delish! #vegan
材料
●flour
100g/abt 3.5oz
●whole grain
60g/abt 2.1oz
●beet sugar
5 tbsp
●aluminum free baking power
1.5 tsp
canola oil
50g/abt 1.76 oz
oatmeal (if any)
1 handful
lemon
1
plain soymilk
70cc/ 70ml
nuts (almond in this recipe)
20g/abt 0.7oz
mint leaves (if any)

Got some homegrown lemons so baked macrobiotic lemon muffins ;-)
1.
Keep a preheated oven at 180 ℃/ 356 °F

Chop nuts
3.
Wash a lemon, grind the skin and set aside.
4.
Squeeze the lemon and set aside the juice.
5.
Put ●ingredients & canola oil in the food processor
6.
Mix them until they become flakes.
7.
Put #6, ground lemon skin, lemon juice, nuts in a bowl
8.
Pour soymilk in the bowl and mix them.
9.
Put the dough into the muffin tin and bake them for 30 min.
10.
Garnish them with some mint leaves & that's how it's done!
