Miso Dipping Udon

Cold udon with dipping spicy hot miso soup.
コツ、ポイント
*it's important to use COLD water to make the udon completely cold after boiling *frozen udon taste better than dry udon
材料

udon
200g
sesame oil
2 tsp
garlic (chopped)
1 clove
ginger (shaved)
1 inch
ground beef
120g
shitake

*water
380ml
*miso
2 tbsp
*soy sauce
2 tsp
*torigara (chicken stock) soup base
1 tsp
*dou-ban-jian (chinese chili bean saoce)
1 tsp
*hondashi
0.5 tsp
ground white sesame seeds
1 tbsp
green onion (chopped)
1
chili oil
a few drops
sea weed
0.5 sheet

My american friend requested this recipe. My husband also loves this udon^^
1.
After boiling udon, use cold water and strain the udon
2.
Chop shitake and green onion
3.
Put sesame oil in the pan and fry garlic and ginger
4.
Add ground beef and shitake, then fry until the beef cooked
5.
Add all of * and mix well, then boil for 3 min
6.
Put sesame, green onion and chili oil at last, then done!
7.
Don't forget to put chopped seaweed on the udon when eat
8.
chicken stock is on the left, dou-ban-jiang is on the right
