Remove seeds from pumpkin and cut into one bite sizes

Put water inside the pot, just about covering the pumpkins

Add the granulated soup stock and sake, boil for 5~6 minutes

Check if pumpkins are ready by poking through with a stick

If able to do so, throw out a third of the soup in the pot

This is the seasoning soy sauce (Dashi-Shoyu)

Add sugar and seasoning soy sauce to the remaining soup
