Bread Rolls
材料
450g
ひとはだにみず (Luke Warm Water)
350ml
小さじ 2
さとう (Caster Sugar)
小さじ 1
しお (Salt)
小さじ 1
大さじ2
オリーブオイル (Olive oil)
大さじ2
ひまわりのたね (Sunflower Seed)
大さじ2
作り方

Mix water, yeast and sugar until dissolved

Put flour and salt into a large bowl.

Mix in yeast liquid using dough hook or hands.

When all liquid is mixed in add olive oil.

Mix until it forms a ball. Turn out onto floured surface.

Knead with hands for 5-10 minutes.

After kneading, leave for 1 hour in covered container.

After 1 hour the dough should have expanded to double size.

Knead dough slightly then cut into 8 equal balls.

Form into rolls and place on oiled baking tray.

Leave to rise for 1 hour then brush with milk and add seeds.

Bake in oven at 220 degrees C for 15 mins.
