Beef mince and mushrooms.

Peel and boil the potatoes.

Chop & fry mushrooms,shallots & black pepper in rapeseed oil

Peel, chop and boil carrots, and boil peas.

Drain the potatoes.

Add Beef OXO x2, Marjoram & Worcestershire Sauce to mushroom

This is Worcestershire Sauce.

Add half the beef mince and stir.

Add the rest of the beef mince and stir.

Potatoes are drained and ready to mash.

Add milk and butter whilst mashing.

Mix the carrots and peas in a flat dish.

Try to make sure there is enough to cover the whole thing.
