Flour (Shifted)

Butter (Unsalted)
110g
Almond Powder
30g
Powdered Sugar
95g
Milk
10g

Blend butter, sugar and milk untill creamy with FP.

Add flour and almond powder and mix well. Do not overwork.

Make cylinder and wrap it. Chill inside fridge for 30 min.

Optional: Freeze the dough. Thaw when needed.

Cut into pieces and bake at 170c for 20 min.
