Baked Miso Chicken

Baked chicken with delicious miso sauce!

Chicken thigh (or breast)
2 pieces
*Miso
1 tbsp
*Mayo
2 tbsp
*Mirin
1 tbsp
*Dou-ban-jiang (Chinese Chili Bean Sauce)
1 tsp
*Black pepper
some
Green onion
1 stick
Lemon pepper
some
Baby spinach
2 cups

Chop the green onion and mix with * to make sauce

Put the spinach on the baking plate

Put the chicken on the spinach and put sauce over them

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 min with 450F

Remove the aluminum foil and bake again for 3~5 more min

*If you don't like spicy, you can leave out the Dou-ban-jiang.
