Description

simple and tasty cake.

材料 (10 inch (25 cm) bunt pan)

1 1/2 c.
salt
1 pinch
ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp.
ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp.
1 1/2 tsp.
butter
1/2 c.
2
applesauce, unsweetened
8 oz (227 g)
walnuts, chopped
1/2 c.

作り方

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients (first 5 ingredients) in a bowl. Toast walnuts. Preheat oven to 325F (165C).

    Using hand mixer, cream butter in a large bowl. Add brown sugar. Mix eggs into the bowl, one by one.

    Add the dry ingredients in 3 additions alternately with the applesauce in 2 additions. Beat until just combined.

    With rubber spatula, fold in walnuts.

  5. 5

    Pour the butter into a greased pan. Smooth the top.

  6. 6

    Bake for 45-55 min. Cover with foil if it's necessary.

1 c. = 240 ml / 1 tsp. = 小さじ
