My Husband's Favorite!

材料 (Serves 4)

Skinless Chiken Breast
4
Flour
Suitable amount
Egg
2
Japanease Bread Crumbs
Suitable amount
- Lemon Sauce -
Water
200ml
Lemon Juice
60ml
White Vinegar
1 Tablespoon
Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons
Honey
2 Tablespoons
Chinese Chichen Bouillon Powder
1 Teaspoon
Ginger Juice
1 Teaspoon
Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons

作り方

  1. 1

    Combine all sauce ingredients. Stir in Med. heat till boils

  2. 2

    Dip chicken into:
    Flour->Egg->Japanese Bread Crumbs

  3. 3

    Fry chicken in 350F oil about 5 minutes until golden.

  4. 4

    Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with green onions.

NOTE:
You ou can put some fresh orange juice in the sauce too.
