Skinless Chiken Breast

- Lemon Sauce -
Water

Lemon Juice
60ml
White Vinegar
1 Tablespoon
Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons
Honey
2 Tablespoons
Chinese Chichen Bouillon Powder
1 Teaspoon
Ginger Juice
1 Teaspoon
Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons

Combine all sauce ingredients. Stir in Med. heat till boils

Dip chicken into:
Flour->Egg->Japanese Bread Crumbs

Fry chicken in 350F oil about 5 minutes until golden.
